Peak Remodel & Design, a leading home improvement and remodeling company based in Rochester, Minnesota, is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Carpenter to join our team. This individual will be a crucial part of our mission to bring visions to life by creating beautiful and functional living spaces. Our projects range from kitchen and bathroom remodels to basement transformations, deck installations, window installations, sunroom additions, and roof installations. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of carpentry, excellent leadership abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and a dedication to maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities and Duties
Your duties will include overseeing and executing all stages of remodeling projects, ensuring that all work is in line with company standards and client expectations. This role requires the ability to manage a team effectively, ensure safety compliance, and communicate with customers professionally and promptly.
