Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify and cultivate leads for residential and commercial remodeling projects. - Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations. - Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively. - Collaborate with our project teams to ensure successful project execution. - Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control. - Maintain open communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. - Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the remodeling or construction industry. - Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-driven and results-oriented with a customer-centric mindset. - Knowledge of residential and commercial remodeling processes is a plus. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
