Rotten Window – Siding – Framing Restoration

Unfortunately this gorgeous Country Club home had a faulty window flashing install a couple homeowners ago which caused an absorbent amount of water damage to its North Face. Upon discovery when doing a simple siding installation we noticed an abnormal amount of rotten structural support lumber. Thankfully, as a licensed General Contractor we were able to streamline the process of discovery, structural engineering and repair.
